What will a coaching session entail?
We want to get to know you, your goals, and your story. Once we review your report, we work with you to make a plan that works for your schedule and your life. Consistent communication and follow-up give us the ability to work with you to ensure your success. Life happens, getting off track happens, but having a plan for those derailments are how you will successfully get back on track. As your goals are met, we are here to continue to support you and work with you to make those new life changes permanent!
During 30-minute follow-up consultations we will refine your nutrition plan, develop fitness strategies, sharpen the focus on specific health goals, and explore life balance issues.
